Based at the University of Edinburgh we cover schools across Scotland.
Here, you will find training, information, and resources on how ICT (Information and Communication Technology) can make a major impact on the education of children and people with special educational and communication needs.

Training on site
CALL deliver training courses on a range of topics on your own chosen site, locally. They can be provided on a full-day, part-day, twilight or Saturday basis, and as one-off courses or as a short series.
Equipment Bank
Free loans of specialist equipment to individuals with special needs throughout Scotland.
Bibliography
Some books, journal articles, videos and other material can be borrowed for short periods.
Case Study: A Communication Aid for Sam
A mobile and sociable 14 year-old. He has learning difficulties and little/no intelligible speech but is highly communicative through gesture and signs, and has some basic literacy.
