There is no ideal mounting (or stand) for a device, as each system is dependent on a number of factors such as:

Type of device;
Weight and size of the device;
Weight and size of the mounting system;
Type of wheelchair (or even desk);
Structural integrity of the wheelchair (or even desk);
Abilities of the user;
Will the device block their view;
The environment, i.e. is there gradients.
