Professional Learning on technology - what do you want?

As a Scottish Government funded organisation with a remit to provide expert advice, information, support and Professional Learning to all teachers across Scotland, we want to come directly to you to ask two questions:

• What technology training you would like us to provide for you?
• How would you like this training to be provided?

Please can you take 5 minutes to answer a few simple questions in our questionnaire to help us establish where the gaps in training lie and to find out why people are not taking up training opportunities when the need to gain the knowledge is evident.  We understand the pressures on teachers to be a master of all trades and this is unrealistic. We also know that the use of inclusive digital technologies can have life changing effects on pupils who have additional support needs and therefore it’s our mission to help teachers learn how to best use the technologies.

All completed questionnaires will go into a draw and a winner will be picked at our ASL and Technology conference in Edinburgh on 12^th June 2019.   

These are free conferences with exhibition and presentations featuring many of the UK’s leading suppliers of software and technology to support learners with additional support needs. Teachers, practitioners, pupils and CALL Scotland staff will be delivering workshops throughout the day.  Lunch is included - it’s an ideal day out, fun and informative, inspiring and thought provoking.
