The show is based on his humorous book and tells the real-life story of a comedian's journey with his autistic son. The show has been extremely well-received in the States and was a sellout at the Perth Fringe Festival in Australia. Kirk teamed up with Autism Association of Western Australia, Autism West, and Identity Western Australia to help promote the show.

Paul Baird the director of the Autism Association Western Australia called it “a very fun night. The show was very funny and handled a delicate topic with heart”.

Kirk also hosts a comedy podcast called Autastic that is regularly number 4 on the iTunes self-help charts in the U.S.

The show is FREE and lasts for approximately 1 hour. The venue is Bar 50, 50 Blackfriars St, Edinburgh EH1 1NE.

Date and time: August 20-28, starting at 11pm.
