CALL Scotland webinars are convenient live presentations delivered to your computer or tablet over the web. They start at 4pm and last for 20 minutes. You can watch it live or choose to watch the archived one at a time most convenient to you.
We are starting the new schedule on 16th January with a webinar hosted by our resident complex needs teacher expert, Claire Harrison (@cec-harrison). She will introduce a new addition to CALL Scotland's popular app wheels: 'The wheel of apps for learners with complex needs.' This wheel will be a fantastic addition to our resources and in the webinar you will find out about specific apps and ways you can use them to support learners individually and in whole class teaching.
The next one on 30th January is going to be hosted by Ian Bean (Special Education Needs ICT and Computing), a highly respected professional in the world of assistive technology. In this webinar he will demo a range of SENICT Software's high quality, teaching activities designed to motivate and engage children and young adults with severe and complex additional needs as well as assessment materials and support resources.
