Technology and Dyslexia - free accessibility features

The Addressing Dyslexia Toolkit is a free resource providing information for teachers, schools and local authorities on inclusive practice, literacy difficulties and dyslexia. The section on Technology is a key one and we strive to raise awareness on how it can help raise attainment and confidence for dyslexic learners.

In this webinar, Fran Foreman from Education Scotland will talk about the support that teachers can access (including Professional Learning) and Shirley from CALL Scotland will give some live demos of assistive technology in action to support reading, writing, spelling and organisation. The focus will be on accessibility features that exist on devices or can be added at no cost - it's all there at our fingertips, we just need to know how to use it and share the knowledge with our learners!
