With the holidays rapidly approaching, here is a collection of Christmas-themed accessible activities, games and resources for you to explore.

Ian Bean at SENict has a free Accessible Advent Calendar with a different Christmas-themed accessible activity revealed each day. The activities are accessible by touch, mouse, switch and eye gaze.

Monarch Reader is a free website where you can find and create accessible books. Search Christmas-related keywords to explore readymade books or create a free account and make your own!
AAC Gameplay has free, simple, accessible games made from YouTube videos. Select ‘Find a Gameplay’ and search key words related to Christmas. Browse some Christmas-themed Gameplays at the link below or create a free account to make your own Gameplays using your favourite YouTube videos.

Add some Christmas fun to your smart speakers at home by using a voice output device. You could try asking your smart speaker where Santa is, to turn on the Christmas lights or play some Christmas songs depending on which controls you have linked to your home devices.
