Sumdog
Sumdog offers online maths and spelling games-based practice tool that can be used to support home learning during school closures.
Many schools already subscribe to Sumdog and if so, learners can access it at home. If not, Sumdog are offering free access to the resoures for the duration of school closures. There are daily 15 minute webinars on how to use Sumdog for home learning.
Of interest to: Learners aged 5-14; teachers, parents and carers.
HelpKidzLearn
HelpKidzLearn offers games, activities and curriculum activities for learners with additional support or special educational needs. The activities can be accessed using touch, switches or eye gaze. There are iPad and Android apps available as well.
While schools are closed there is a free 14 day trial, and a new low cost monthly subscription option for parents.

Nessy Reading and Spelling
Nessy Reading and Spelling is a digital learning resource for learners who have difficulty with reading and spelling. Nessy is offering the free use of Nessy Reading & Spelling and Writing Beach for 60 days to support the continued education of children during the Covid-19 crisis. Parents can also get a free 7 day trial of Nessy Reading and Writing.
