Microsoft Teams is used by many schools across Scotland as a platform for online learning. This tutorial explores a range of built-in tools that can be found in Teams and Windows 10 to support learners with visual difficulties as well as reading and writing difficulties.

This tutorial covers:

  • Zooming in and out of Teams to see information more clearly
  • Using High Contrast colours in Teams
  • Using Immersive Reader in Teams to read posts and Word documents
  • Using Dictate to support writing
  • Using Show Text Suggestions as I Type to help with spelling.
