What's new in iOS11?

CALL Scotland is pleased to announce a new guide for the iPad - What's new in iOS 11?

Released in September 2017, iOS 11 is the latest version of Apple’s operating system for the iPad (iOS). 
iOS 11 introduces new features and capabilities, such as improved multitasking with dragging and dropping, a new Docking Bar and a newly designed Control Centre, making it easy to access and customise Accessibility tools such as large text.  

While these new features and tools do not necessarily improve or build on the Accessibility updates in iOS 10, they are indeed very welcome ‘usability’ improvements.

• All learners, including those with additional support needs – from schools, to further and higher education.
