Terms and Conditions

Invoicing

Full payment is due within 30 days of the invoice date. An invoice will be sent to you the day after the course.

Cancellation of courses

Should you decide to cancel, let us know one week in advance or you will be charged the full course fee.

Alternatively, you can send someone else from your organisation for no additional charge.

NB: CALL courses are self-financing: late bookings and cancellations threaten their viability.

Reimbursement

CALL Scotland reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any training course at any time.

CALL Scotland will make every effort to abide by the details given but reserves the right to make changes. Should it be necessary to change a date, all provisional and firmly booked participants will be notified.

We are not responsible for any extra costs incurred as a result of a cancelled course.

Local Authority Approval

If you have to send your application to your local authority for approval, please send a copy of your application to CALL, marked 'Provisional', at the same time. If you have not received acknowledgement of your application from CALL no later than 2 weeks before the course date, please contact CALL to ensure that we have received your application.
