60 minute Online Learning workshop
Do you have learners with complex needs who love music and art?
In this online workshop, Claire Harrison, an Assistive Technology and ASN Teacher on the CALL team will demonstrate how to create music and art activities that are accessible for learners who use switches. Participants will be guided through the equipment and steps required to play and navigate a musical using a variety of software and apps including RadSounds for iPad, MP3 music players and Tar Heel Gameplay.
As well as finding out how to switch adapt tools that can be used to create art, participants will explore software and apps that enable learners to create their own art work. Claire has a wealth of experience working in this field and her creativity and knowledge will inspire you to explore the tools and open up fun and educational opportunities for your learners with complex needs.
This course was held on the 16th November, 2023 but you can still purchase a recording of the session.
You'll also receive all the resources that were sent out with the course.
