Assistive Technology to support an Autism Spectrum Condition learner

Many individuals with Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC) enjoy interacting with computers or tablet devices.  Often they have good technology skills and enjoy using the device for entertainment but how could it be used for communication, an educational activity, work related task or to enhance life skills?

In this webinar, Shirley will discuss a range of assistive technology options to support ASC learners with literacy and numeracy tasks, making choices, visual timetables, social stories and to give them a voice using symbol supported communication apps.
