Presenter(s): Allan Wilson, CALL Scotland
People often recommend that learners with dyslexia should learn to touch type as a means to recording their thoughts. Allan will briefly review recent research that backs up this recommendation and will consider low tech and high tech tools to support the development of touch typing. He will show some online tutorials, including BBC Dance Mats, Big Brown Bear and Doorway Text Type 3.
Once a month we'll send you an email with news, research and thoughts, as well as training courses and free webinars you may wish to attend.
