Microsoft Reading Progress / Reading Coach: How to support learners with reading fluency

Reading Progress is a free resource accessed through Microsoft Teams. It helps educators to assess and support learners with Reading Fluency. In this webinar, Harriet will demonstrate the use of this tool which can produce high quality data as to how fluent learners are in terms of reading and motivates learners to practise and improve on their scores. Teachers can see which words pupils practiced, how many attempts they made and what tools they used. This information can be shared with the pupil.

Reading Coach is a reading fluency practice tool that can automatically generate individualised exercises based on each pupil’s specific needs. It provides independent practise opportunities to improve reading allowing pupils to practice their reading at home or at school.
