Learning Village is a blended vocabulary, language structures and reading programme for EAL, low-literacy and ASN learners aged 6–11 and 11–16.

It uses a unique approach to learning through images and repeated sentence patterns, making it accessible to learners of any first language and at any literacy level, with images serving as the primary language of instruction.

This webinar will cover:

An interactive, gamified and immersive learning format that provides carefully scaffolded survival language, phonics, spelling and academic language
Adaptations for learners with language and communication needs
Ways to use Learning Village at three levels:
- independent learning
- small-group teaching
- classroom differentiation through scaffolded printable resources
